The Fitzgerald is also ideally located just steps from Capital University and downtown Bexley. Inside each apartment home, residents will find modern finishes and functional design, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchens, kitchen island pendant lighting, in-unit washer and dryer, and smart home locks. Select apartments also feature private terraces.

You may choose among the four approval methods we offer: security deposit, guarantor, guarantor waiver program, or self-qualification with proof of income. Only one of these options is required for approval.

No, utilities are not included in rent. Utilities are serviced and metered through NEP. There is a 1G fiber internet package with Spectrum that also includes a rotating list of cable streaming channels at a flat rate monthly. The building also has a flat monthly trash fee that covers removal and include a valet service that collects from your front door 5 days a week.

We have a dedicated maintenance team on-site to handle repairs and inquiries. Maintenance requests can be submitted through our online portal or directly to the leasing office.

Each unit has a designated mailbox, and residents have access to a secured package room powered by Parcel Pending package lockers for secure delivery and collection 24/7.

Guest parking is available via limited public and street parking options both within the building and neighboring area.

Rent payments can be made online through our resident portal via bank transfer, e-check, credit/debit card, or through MoneyGram. We do not accept any in-person/cash payments.

Yes. The total rent for the month of move in and move out is calculated by the number of days the unit will be occupied for that month from start of the lease to end of the lease.

Yes. Renters insurance is required for all residents. Residents are automatically enrolled in our renter's insurance program but may provide proof of their own coverage to meet this requirement.
